He was 1.30 hours late. Once he left, we checked what had been done and discovered a leak on one of the new pipes and his plumbing bag was placed under to catch the leak, the bag was filling quick, so he knew the leak was there and left. We tried to contact him to come and fix, no reply till afternoon the next day, where he said he can’t fix till the end of the week. We had an urgent plumber out to fix instead as we without water or heating. He then came back saying he saw the leak as he was about to leave and had no solder so left his bag under and didn’t tell us
