Boiler stopped working
Contacted Appollo Tuesday pm, came out Wednesday am. Identified the problem and sourced the solution. Ordered the part and fitted it Friday. Engineer Paul was knowledgeable, thorough, pleasant to deal with as were those we spoke with at the office. We’ve got heating, hot water and have had a great experience with Appollo. Recommend wholeheartedly.
Heating fix
Perfect fix would reccomend! Our radiators weren't working. Called them up and sent someone as soon as they could around our schedule. Got here 9am as promised and done by 10am. Gave courtesy call to say he was on his way. Daz the engineer was patient and used full process of elimination and explained everything to us so we knew what the problem was. Replacement of corroded breather valve for central heating system
Attended promptly with estimate provided, agreed and work carried on same day. Tidy workers and everything explained clearly.
New gas run from meter in garage to boiler and hob in kitchen.
I got a competitive quote on the day the engineer called. I was told what was needed and had the option to choose a date that suited me. The work was carried out by a friendly and clearly competent gas engineer. Payment options were cash, credit card, or debit card the latter of which l used over a mobile phone. As a first time customer and new to the area l would definitely use them again.

Debra fitted me in super quick in a very pressing situation when moving house and Daz came out and did a great service of our boiler. Thank you very much and would use them again and recommend to anyone!
