Damp issue / Water infiltration
I honestly can't recommend Andrew enough. I bought a flat and upon moving in I discovered something wasn't right. The first few tradesmen quickly dismissed it as a severe case of damp. Then Andrew came along. It took him 1 minute to understand that the problem was actually a lot worse (cavity insulation is soaked). He took the time to explain everything in detail. The man knows his stuff. He's been checking in regularly, coming back to the property a few times as I'm trying to get the managing company to act on it. It makes you feel he actually cares which, frankly, is a breath of fresh air!

All wall ties replaced and render renewed
Anthony was brilliant. He explained the job fully, he was punctual, he and his mate worked all day in sweltering heat with minimal interruptions, and he's a nice bloke into the bargain. Job was done in under 4 days at the agreed price. I can't praise him lavishly enough.
Wall Tie replacement
I called one or two other tradesmans within checkatrade and externally and non-came close to Andrew’s eagerness to help and the pricing for wall tie replacement was reasonable. I added few bits to the initial quote, and was not charged, and the work was done in timely manner. I would not hesitate in using Andrew again and recommend others use his services as well!
