I am happy to recommend Approved Building Solutions. I urgently needed to instal double glazing in the bathroom in the very cold December weather. They came very quickly to see what was needed, and within two weeks they were able to fit the new window. I was impressed by the way they immediately understood my needs for the project, and by the speed and efficiency of their work. They also removed all the rubbish and left the room spotless afterwards.

David recently removed an internal wall for us and we are really pleased with the finished result. Communication was excellent from the first enquiry - both easy and fast. David and Reece turned up exactly when they said they would, and were friendly and courteous throughout. We were kept up to date at each step and everything was left tidy upon completion. We would certainly use Approved Building Solutions again and very happy to recommend.

Dave and his team were excellent. The kitchen needed to be relocated to incorporate a new build wc and utility area. They arrived every day at 8.00am as promised, very thorough and conscientious in everything they did. Talked through all the steps of the job and were very approachable and gave good advice when asked. Excellent knowledge of his trade. They also left my home very tidy each day. I would highly recommend this company. The price they quoted and work undertook was very good and the job done to very a high standard. So pleased I have met Dave and his team. Will be using again.

David is an exceptional worksman and has provided me with a beautiful ensuite bathroom. his tiling is excellent. i would highly recommend David and have already asked him to quote for fixing my porch.

Dave and team did a fantastic job on my kitchen. Arrived promptly at 08.00 everyday, were very tidy and courteous and quality of work was very good. Completed work in just over a week and left no mess at all on completion. Would recommend Approved Builders without hestitation to anyone, especially as this is the second time i have used them, after they did a great job on my bathroom last year.

Absolutely brilliant service with David, highly recommend working with him. We needed to remove a cupboard wall in our bedroom including fixing some pipe work and plastering, as well as redecorating the room. He was incredibly professional throughout, from initial contact to discuss the job, quote and timings, through to carrying out the work to a very high standard. He kept us informed and he made the whole process stress free - we’d definitely work with again.
