  Flat Roofing Installation

  Posted 10 October

  Replacing two flat roofs.

They were motivated, quick, efficient, personable and approachable. The roofs came with a guarantee. Of the quotes I received they were in the mid-higher price range. So I was slightly disappointed to discover the ridges (created where the felt over laps), run across the roofs. Best drainage would have been achieved if these ridges ran from top to bottom. They had completed the work by the time I clocked this, and any slight pooling probably isn’t a problem, so actually I didn’t even mention it. As I said, just left a feeling little disappointed, given the price. However, I would use them again, but would ask wiser question and have I learnt to be specific rather than assume.

  Replacement flat roof

Replaced an existing troublesome plastic flat roof with torch on felt. Knowledgeable and good communication. Existing roof structure had a number of hidden issues (not a surprise with this property) so it wasn’t a straightforward replacement, but Elijah kept me up to date promptly along the way and came up with solutions to manage costs effectively and stop them from spiralling, which was very greatly appreciated. I think that’s the value of using a someone who clearly knows their stuff. Neat work, minimal disruption.

  Great all round roofing service

Elijah and the team were on budget and did an excellent job. Noticed a few additional problems which they fixed there and then. Would recommend them.
