Used a drone to check the problem bonnet tile. Agreed chimney repointing. Arranged for scaffolding. Bit of a wait for work to be carried out but all went smoothly once started. Photos given of before and after but photo of tile after repair not sent. Scaffolder took a picture later when scaffolding removed. Only gripe is asked for an acknowledgement that payment by bank transfer arrived but this was not received. We spotted water coming through elderly mums flat roof through light fitting. It was Saturday around 14:00. Put job on checkatrade. Stanley responded and arrived at mums around 15.15. Covered roof to stop leaking / made safe. Returned in the week and replaced the roof . Roof over 50 years old Stanley was a godsend ! Turned up rapidly in our hour of need.
