I live 150 miles away as this was one of my buy to let properties. I chose this contractor as they had good feedback on Checkatrade, they went out to price the job and emailed me a proper detailed quote, they gave a decent guarantee and came across professional on the phone. They organised a suitable time to do the work with the tenant/estate agent then emailed pictures of the finished job. They also did not take any payment until my agent had inspected the finished job and I had received the hard copy invoice and guarantee. They took the hassle out of arranging a job from 150 miles away.
