  Roof Replacement

  Posted 1 week ago

  New Roof by AP Roofing.

Andy and his team were great they worked extremely hard in bad weather conditions. The skip was delivered scaffolding put up in quick time and the job started. They stripped the roof and made it water tight in rapid time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AP roofing.

Roofing issues go to AP Roofing

Posted job on check a trade Andrew rang immediately came the next day took photos of our chimney sent me an estimate and weather permitting would be there Monday. It was raining so couldn’t do the job. His 2 lads came Tuesday morning and our job was completed mid afternoon. The work came with a 10 year guarantee. Both my husband and myself are well impressed with the work and speed at which the leak into our loft was dealt with. We will certainly pass details onto our friends should they need work undertaken in the future. AP Roofing are top of our list.

  Flat Roofing Installation

  Posted 06 October

  Takes short-cuts to finish quickly

This guy talks a good job but unless straight-forward his workmanship is poor. The new flat roof leaked from the drain outlet and took three visits to fix. Adhesive packed under the outlet has made it the highest point of the roof so is always flooded. The drainpipe from the roof of the house passes through the flat roof but to save himself the trouble of sealing around it, he has cut it off so it now drains onto the flat roof. A very poor proceedure. Fails to return all calls/emails Worthless gaurantee.

My roof started leaking quite badly and Andrew rang the same night, came the next day to measure up.

The company was fantastic from start to finish. Helpful, friendly and reliable. Can't thank them enough.

  Chimneys Repair

  Impressed with job

Quickly assessed job and provided estimate for removal of chimney stack. Work completed to a high standard. Team arrived early, worked hard, all clean and tidy. Couldn't tell they had been. Impressed with matching existing slate on roof, can't even tell there ever was a chimney there. No hesitation in recommending.
