The engineer called shortly after my initial request that I loaded onto the checkatrade site. He asked me some questions to do a provisional diagnostic. He came over the following morning on time. After looking at the dishwasher he confirmed the issue was the heat pump as diagnosed on the call. He had brought this part with him and fitted there and then. Really reasonable rates and very professional and respectful of my home. Thoroughly recommend

I found the details from leaflet through my door, he is very efficient and replaced my dishwasher for a good cost. Installed, too away and shaved down the board as wouldn’t fit. Checked all working before leaving. Highly recommend.
