Tiled Conservatory Roof Repair

Did not do what I paid them to do, and won’t come back to rectify
Had a leak in my garage roof. Had these guys round to find the leak and give me a quote to repair it. They diagnosed the ridge as the problem and said that a dry ridge system would solve the issue. £950 they quoted to do the job, which I was happy to pay to have it fixed. Two of them showed up on the Saturday at 08:00 to do the job and was gone by 13:00. Later that night it rained. I checked the garage the next morning the leak was still there in the same place. When I called the guy to let him know the issue was still there, his reply was ‘well we done what we quoted you for’

Lining replaced, tiles cleaned, and put back.

Lewis fixed our house roof when we had a leak. He also fitted a flat roof.
Lewis has worked for us on a couple of occasions and did a great job both times. He is tidy and reliable. Always competitively priced. I always recommend him to friends and family.
