That Ashley is a honest person and a very professional engineer.
The first time I contacted A Pugh Heating Ltd Ashley came to see me. He advised me to contact Bosch as the part I needed was a faulty part and was guaranteed for 10 years. He said he could do the job but to ring Bosch which I did and they came and fitted a new part for free. The next time I needed a heating engineer I had no hesitation in ringing Ashley and he came and repaired my problem.
