Andy was thorough and skilled. He made good suggestions on the design and had great attention to detail. His communication was good and I felt totally at ease. I cannot recommend Andy enough. I was told by a boiler engineer that my Stopcock wasn't turning off the water and I needed it replaced. Andy came and took if off and checked everything ,but told me it was working fine and couldn't understand why I was told I needed a new one. He could have made money by replacing it when it didn't need to replaced , but he was honest and also didn't want paying for the time he spent on it. There aren't many people who would do that.
