Boiler Installation

. Assess and prepare the installation area.

. Ensure proper ventilation and access for maintenance.

. Make any necessary adjustments to the pipework or mounting surfaces.

1.Installation of New Boiler:

.Mount and secure the new boiler in the designated location.

. Connect all necessary pipework (flow, return, gas, condensate, and pressure relief).

2- Connection to Gas and Water Supply:

. Safely connect the boiler to the mains gas supply.

. Connect to the central heating and hot water systems.

. Pressure-test the system to check for leaks.

3- Electrical Wiring:

. Connect boiler controls and

. programmer/thermostat.

4- System Flush and Commissioning

Power flush or chemically clean the heating

5- Certification and Handover:

. Issue Gas Safety Certificate and notify Building Control (if required).

. Explain boiler operation and maintenance to the customer.
