  Not reliable

Requested a quote for a leak in August. Job was done on same day but over paid for the service. The issue persists after more than 2 months trying to arrange another visit as it's covered by the warranty. I'm constantly given excuses. After all this time I gave up unfortunately. Very disappointed and will never contact them again. Over paid for a job that was not properly done and will have to request another quote to a different tradesperson.

  Toilet Cistern Leak

Came out very quickly, very easy to deal with. Identified leaking part, via flush on wall so not easy to access, James sourced a replacement part & replaced it within an hour.
