This job went badly and I was assured it was straightforward. They left it in a mess, and came back to me with a quote for a cylinder costing a lot more, qnd I just wanted a direct cylinder with a blue jacket. I paid them £35 for the Tesla element, and a callout charge of £85=£120. I watched them do the job and they did not follow the correct procedure. However, I did get a lot of mansplaining, regarding my age and having no hot water, and was facing an extra charge iro £650. I do work in the building industry, am a single householder, and do not like having to be treated with contempt.

Having decided to upgrade the water system in our home we approached Aqua Gas, who provided their knowledge to help us decide which system would best suit our requiements. Abs was so helpful and gave us the confidence to know that we'd made the right choices. The installation was completed in the time alloted & to a high standard with good quality products and fittings. All rubbish was removed (including removal of our old tank) and the areas were left clean and tidy. I can't sing their praises enough. Would absolutely recommend AG to anyone looking for a professional, quality service!

Truly fantastic work all round. A very good management of expectations on scope of work, considerations, costs and potential risks before conducting work in a timely, tidy and courteous fashion. Regular updates through the day on work being carried out and any potential disruptions were mitigated as far as possible. He even checked in that evening and following day to ensure all is running as it should with no leaks/issues. This has been a truly outstanding service and will now be using him as my go to. Can’t recommend him enough, a huge thanks once again AGP!
