Excellent and knowledgeable service
AquaHeat , I found to be absolutely brilliant. I called them in for one problem and they managed to solve another. They are great at thinking outside the box. They are clean and tidy , respectful of property and totally reliable. As a result I got them back for further work and they also recommended someone else , equally good, for bathroom installation. Stelflow Hot water cylinder installation
Very pleased with the installation. All work was prompt neat and tidy. Lovey installer. The only quibble is a bit hard to reach the customer service if you need to speak. Installation of multi split system to my bungalow
I am exceptionally impressed by the level of competence, courtesy and helpfulness of each person I have spoken to or met in person. Lee came to my home in order to survey my property and discuss options, a comprehensive quote was emailed in a timely fashion. The quote covered every different option we had discussed. The install of my multi split Bosch system (one outdoor unit feeding 3 indoor) was completed without incident. The quality of works is beyond comparison every tiny detail has been considered. New boiler and radiators
When Lee came to see us we immediately felt comfortable and he explained everything so well and answered every question. Very professional and reassuring. The quotation was accurate with no unpleasant surprises during the work or afterwards. The lad's were brilliant. They took pride in their work, timekeeping was impeccable. What a lovely company, so reassuring when you hear so many horror stories! I would have no hesitation whatsoever in using this company again and can thoroughly recommend AQUAHEAT to anybody, especially those with reservations about committing themselves. No work carried out
Missed his appointments at least five times. On 21 01.2019 took off from my work but no one from Aquat heat bothered to turn up. Never use him again I do not understand how he got these much positive reviews.Verified reviewerJob location: Not Available
