    Perfect service

    Josh and Pat came to replace our boiler. Job was done professionally, quickly and effectively and both of them were friendly and personable. Couldn't have been easier and will definitely be using Aquaheat again.

    Rectifying what previous plumbers couldn’t

    We have had problems with our heating system for 20 years. They discussed with us the possible cause and put in new pipes and a new boiler and now all is well.

    Prompt Service

    My husband is very frail and it is important for us to have hot water. Connor kindly visited us only hours after we called and he found the problem quickly and effectively. Turns out we had just turned the programmer off! He was so polite and I would recommend him and the whole team to anyone.

    Did not complete the work or return emails.

    We contacted Aquaheat to have our heating system changed, in an annexe next to our house, from a Nest to a Hive. Connor and another engineer came out and were both brilliant, very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the system didn't work correctly in our house and Aquaheat told me they would order another part to try and rectify this. Since then they haven't returned any of my emails. We are left having paid over £500 for a system that cannot be controlled in the annexe and a thermostat that only works in the main house - not dissimilar from the Nest that we were replacing. Very disappointing

    Hi, thanks for your review and thanks for praising our engineers, we really appreciate the feedback. We have looked back and have noticed there was one email not replied to, for this we do take full accountability and we do apologise. We did try to get in contact with yourselves multiple times after we offered to carry out the installation and supply of the signal boosters free of charge, so you could have the thermostat in your preferred position but you have not returned any of our calls or emails.

    Outstanding services.

    Having had previous work done by Aqua Heat, their work was outstanding- we have had to have a new boiler installation and as tenants did not get a choice of company used, otherwise Aqua heat would have been our number 1 choice. We then requested to have Aqua heat over see a very badly done job by another company. Josh and Rhys have attended the property and paid extra attention to detail, stayed out of hours in very difficult and awkward circumstances and would not leave until they had complete customer satisfaction with a guarantee to come back and rectify another companies work. Aquaheat Services was established in 2017 by Josh Glossop after previously working for a small commercial and domestic heating company and then working for British Gas. Josh completed a 5 year apprenticeship and obtained his Level 3 in Domestic & Commercial Heating, Plumbing and Gas. Josh has 10 years experience repairing, servicing and installing most gas appliances, oil appliances and even the most complex heating systems.
