Thank you. From my 1st contact Aquajoy has been excellent, customer service seems to be a thing of the past but not for Aquajoy. they have been helpful and understanding. we have a 6ft x 6ft pond that was in desperate need of some TLC and from the minute Adam and Sam arrived they understood the importance of the pond and fountain for my elderly residents. they were friendly and helpful to all and very knowledgeable. Graham and Luke turned up on time. veey pleasant and friendly staff. did a thorough clean of my pond and filter. Got the fountain going which had not been working for sometime. The most impressive part was how very tidily they left the place once they completed. veey efficient, polite and professional staff, from the time of enquiry to completion. would highly recommend and I will always go back to Aquajoy. Graham & Luke started work early .They did an excellent job cleaning the pond. The pond was 25 years old full of algae ,debris and was covered in overgrowth. They cleared it and look like the original state. No job was too small for them they went beyond what is expected of them. We are grateful for their workman ship.

Aquajoy gave excellent advice on pond construction and then built the pond to a very high spec with knowledgeable pond builders in a very short time. Aquajoy provides and excellent without sales pitch service and will do exactly what you ask to give you a high quality product produced at an economical astute level

Excellent service all round. Very efficient team, hardworking, clean, who showed great expertise. I would totally recommend them.
