Alan did a fantastic job cleaning our stairs, landing, and a thick black rug. Everything has come out beautifully clean, and you can really see the difference. What I particularly loved is that he uses plant-based, hypoallergenic products with just water—there was absolutely no chemical smell at all, which made such a difference in the house. Even better, the carpets weren’t overly wet after cleaning and dried very quickly. We kept the windows open, and within a couple of hours everything was completely dry. Great service from Alan Brooker at Aqualink Carpet care today. It was easy to contact Alan and make a booking for him to clean my large living room carpet and some leather upholstery. Alan arrived promptly and worked hard all day. The results were amazing and the carpet looked and felt like new and a large bad tea stain was successfully removed. The appearance of the leather after cleaning was also stunning. I would definitely use Alan again and would thoroughly recommend this trader. Andrew

The process was founded on thorough vacuum cleaning from a high powered machine. The pile only mist spray and vacuum suction system followed, needing only one pass. A big difference visible at both stages. The result was stain marks removed completely. Heavy and light traffic patterns were gone. The carpet looked almost as new! Drying time was short as wetting minimal. Backing of carpet remained dry. Circa 2 hours in a normal heated room. Spraying was very controlled, only on the carpet. We were very impressed and will use Aqualink in future.

We have used Alan Brooker Aqualink for many years and always been delighted with the results. This last clean of carpets followed house training our puppy and grandchildren accidents spilling fruit juice. Needless to say carpets came up like new. Alan has invested in excellent cleaning machines and the result shows.
