I had a real emergency last week when I knocked over a full glass of red wine which made a huge mess of our recently laid carpet. I made a call minutes later to Alan at Aqualink Carpet Care. Luckily for me he came the following morning surveyed the mess I had made and got to work. Alan was very courteous, good company and did a marvelous job in cleaning up after me! We are very satisfied with his work and would not hesitate in recommending him to prospective customers.

Alan did a first-class job on the heavily-used woollen fitted carpets covering our large living room and two flights of stairs. His approach was very professional, and he handled his heavy equipment with great skill and care. He was pleasant and cheerful throughout, and clearly took great pride in his work. We are delighted with the result.

Alan is sensational. I didn’t think this was a possible job. But of course Alan nailed it (mind the pun). It’s out. Black nail polish dried into the carpet by my toddler.

Alan Booker was first class as was his emergency post xmas day stair carpet clean on a wool carpet. Efficient, comprehensive carpet clean performed with excellent results & only 1 cup ion coffee provided. The rug clean was done on a 36 year old chinese woollen rug which had never been touched before other than the odd spot clean. It has been revived really well & will probably do another 36 years.
