Do not use
Awful experience, dire quality. Caused a leaking in my lift which despite it being clear was caused by them they deny. Basically cut corners as far as they possibly good. Shoddy. Please don’t use.

Scandalous and unseen in UK
After survey visit for conversion of our bathroom in shower room not a single email or phone call was made. Unprofessional and rude complete lack of any communication. They was insisting on Altro Pisces flooring 80% of time of survey, left an impression that Aquaneed is either a sales rep of Altro Pisces or has loads of this flooring on stock to get rid of. Aquaneed has its own agenda of picking up “attractive” customers to meet its criteria. Their quote isn’t needed here if they ever had an intention to make it!

We visited this client within 3 days of their request for a survey and during that time we had been in frequent contact. During the survey our surveyor explained that, due to current demand, our lead time for preparing quotations was currently around 2 weeks. We were therefore disappointed to receive her complaint as it was posted within this two week period. Due to the nature of the service we provide, which is to install high quality wet rooms to the elderly and disabled, there is often an urgency to many of the requests we receive and we respond to each in the order that the enquiry is received. We do not believe in rushing either quotations or installations as this would comprise the service we offer which is to provide the best possible solution based on individual needs. With regards to the comment concerning Altro flooring, we do indeed fit this type of flooring in many of our projects as we consider it to be one of the safest options for wet room installations. We would like to apologise if, on this occasion, our communication was not up to standard and the client felt let down that we were unable to respond to her as fast as she would have liked.

Shower roomed turned into a wetroom
They worked to a very good standard. They were quick and efficient. The men were courteous and I have no complaints. We gave them another job after we saw the standard of their work.
