Rang for a quote, didn’t answer. Left a voicemail of what I wanted doing. Then he text me and said he would let me know if any availability. Then a whole 6 days passes until he lets me know, which by then I’d sorted the work with someone else. Can’t even return a potential customers call. I’d recommend you stay away from rude time wasters like this

Having found Aqua on checkatrade we have used them on a number of occasions although the jobs have been small, James always finds time to fit them in he is reliable, trustworthy, takes pride in his work and reasonably priced would recommend to anybody Thank you James

James was excellent, couldn't recommend enough! Efficient, friendly and talked me through everything (which I really appreciated). It turned out to be a bigger job than expected but he stayed for a long as it took to get the job done. Thank you again James :)

Couldn’t recommend anyone more! James was an absolute delight and ensured precision when carrying out the work required within a timely manor. He also touched up some other work we needed doing whilst he was here and provided great advice in response to any questions we had. Will definitely be contacting James again should I need any work doing in the future!

James was ace! We needed a plumber after 4pm which is hard to get in my experience. James came over about 6pm fixed the problem within the hour. He was polite, easy to talk to and his work was to a high standard.
