Came very quickly to message. I had a leak coming through the kitchen. Was friendly and polite, covered shoes when entering house. Was honest when talking about condition of roof.
Identified cracked slate and filled. They made it clear it was only a temporary solution which I accepted. Because it was only a small repair, charged me less than usual rate which was appreciated.
Unfortunately, the ceiling was leaking again within the week. Messaged about this but no response. Also didn’t receive quote for guttering which I was told would be sent.
