Great communication from Alex who turned up on time, on the day. Fixed the 2 toilets but the shower tray was a bigger job than anticipated. Alex explained what needed to be done and discussed options. Alex will be back to do the work plus additional work that we need.

Picked up the job and completed within 24 hours. Communication was great and helpful was a lovely lad. Didn't complain about having to climb to the 3rd floor several times. Really decent price and was done in under an hour. Would highly recommend.

Alex turned up on the agreed date, did the first fix of the installation allowing me to carry out the tiling. On the second visit, fitted the mixer valve, shower rail and head. All work carried out to a high standard at a competitive price, would definitely recommend.

Alex quoted £220 incl. labour guarantee and no VAT, and booked me in promptly. His colleague arrived on time, completed the shower install efficiently, and fixed a minor fitting issue after I flagged it. However, some mess was left behind (silicone, packaging, water) which was disappointing, hence marking down quality of work. Alex was responsive but dismissive of honest feedback and issued an invoice with a misleading “20% tax” line. After myself directly disputing, he amended it. Overall: good work done, but communication and professionalism could improve.

Alex was a great help when it came to sorting out my kitchen tap, I hadn't realized I was missing 2 pieces but he managed to sort them for me straight away. Would highly recommend alex to anyone, he was professional and offered great tips to help for next time.
