Install a new twin pump from mains
Colin has a great British sense of humour, respectful, courteous and professional. V experienced and knowledgeable, he popped round quickly to provide me with a very competitive quote. Unlike some other London based larger companies, he doesn't charge me for a quote (been billed £50 a pop in the past just for the privilege of giving a quote!) And of course really good workmanship and guaranteed. I don't normally write review unless I've received a top class service. And chris was also v polite and helped to clean up afterwards. Installed new bathroom.
Works were completed within time and costs quoted. There were some issues with our suppliers with materials that were delayed / faulty (nothing to do with Aquasan). This meant that Colin's team had to collect materials on 3 occasions and come back after completion of the main works to fit the items. All issues were dealt with without fuss and with a friendly helpful attitude. Gerry the plumber kept me informed at all times and was very patient with my questions.
