Unprofessional, unreliable and incompetent While replacing a defective shower Tom Martin broke the shower tray which was replaced by the trade However the trade had fitted the shower tray waste trap broken and without a rubber seal and had bodged it up with sealant so there was a leak onto the ceiling below. This was corrected by another plumber as they would not come back to sort it. A year later I have a county court judgement against them. Now I only have the hassle of redecorating the stained ceiling caused by their incompetence. Also: . No written quotation or invoice.

Quick fault analysis, clear explanation of the issues and the required repair. Part supplied and rectification work completed in the timeframe as promised.
