Can be busy but always very reliable and very good communication. Friendly and knowledgeable, never patronising. May not be the cheapest but definitely the best in my opinion. Good reputation for environmentally friendly work.

Nick was very clear throughout the process, I felt informed and included in decision making. He is a good communicator and a skilled plumber. He was able to solve several small issues in our home with the minimum of fuss and mess. Definitely recommend.

I moved into this house 2 years ago and found that the gas boiler was regularly locking out because, as it turned out, it had been incorrectly installed probably 15 years ago. A previous engineer that I had asked to deal with this (and the original installer) had failed to recognise this issue. Nick dealt with it extremely methodically and professionally with the result that the issue has been totally resolved.
