Chris installed 2 new shower units; one replaced an existing old unit and one replaced a bath
Chris was fantastic: the first job was tricky, particularly removing a rotting old loft shower unit and replacing it with a new one, while working in a tight space. The second job was more straightforward but no less fiddly in terms of tiling. The quality of work has been excellent on both and we unreservedly recommend him for that. A secondary, but no less important, recommendation is that it's been a pleasure to have Chris working here over 5 weeks - he's thoughtful, helpful, quiet, cleans up after himself, likes a laugh and gets on well with dogs (very important!)

I can’t fault Chris and his work. Has done lots of work for us and can do and make anything. A pleasure to have around and v helpful. Work is excellent and always finished to a high standard. Whole heartedly recommend.

Small extension and new bathroom
Chris always completes every job to the highest standard. He is very reliable, kept us informed throughout the project, and is very good at communicating. He has a broad knowledge and wide range of skills and was able to propose sensible, attractive and affordable solutions for the work we wanted to have done. We would highly recommend Aquila Property Maintenance.

Installed complete shower room
Excellent service. Chris is very talented and provided invaluable and cost saving advice concerning water boiler and shower pressure. Very pleased we found him.

New bathroom fitted.
Quotation and schedule adhered to. Good advice, excellent quality work and very thorough. Minimal disruption considering such a major project and all issues sorted with a minimum of fuss. End result well up to expectations.

New bathroom and floor.
Difficult room to do, needed new floor and a lot of remodelling. Chris was brilliant, listened to what I wanted and has fitted a lovely family bathroom. Really pleased with the workmanship and attention to detail. Highly recommended.
