Structural drawings
Very satisfied with the design work and support provided! I hired Mehran to complete the structural drawings for the kitchen and utility. He was always available on phone and WhatsApp and came over when required. Building control was able to verify his plans ahead of the work starting and they were happy with it. Mehran was also available to make alternations to the drawings upon seeing the existing structure that saved me buying an additional beam.

I’ve just had the pleasure of meeting Mehan who answered my request about my damp bay window. What a lovely man! Instead of jumping straight in with the dire news I’d been expecting, he has suggested silicone on the window frame and showed me where to apply it. Clearly this is a man with integrity and one who is not out to make a quick buck! Thank you Mehan.

Building Control Regularisation Application-Drawings / removal of wall bearing wall
I highly recommend Aran Constructions Consultancy. Mehran was highly professional and qualified. He visited my home and carried out all surveys necessary. Provided all required calculations and drawings. He submitted the application for a building control and today after less than a week following a building control officer visit, I received the certificate of completion and compliance. Fantastic services and very approachable.
