Restored my PC functionality after system 32 error message
My computer crashed on Sunday night"system32" error message so I emailed Andy from my laptop at Aranea via his support link and had a prompt response on Monday morning. He visited today (Tuesday) and worked hard all morning to get my pc working.I have had a wonderful service from Aranea over the years and feel reassured that Andy is there as my computer doctor.

Computer backup
I have used Andy for some years. I cannot tell you how many times he has got me out of trouble. His knowledge of computers is obvious. He is always patient however frustrating the problem and he explains in terms I understand exactly what he is doing. I trust his advice and would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you Andy for all the times you have helped me.

Computer faults identified and resolved
An expert in his field, patient and gave in-depth explanations for my computer failure, rectifying the problems without delay. I would not hesitate in recommending others to use his services and he will be coming back by appointment in the New Year as I need his assistance with several other computer issues.

Slow Running Laptop
My daughter’s laptop had ground to a stop and was taking forever to start up or to do anything. Andy, quickly identified the problem was with the hard drive. Andy replaced the hard drive reinstalled everything and within no time he had magically transformed this slow running laptop into a super speedy laptop. My daughter now loves using her laptop. Thank you, Andy,!

Assorted computer issues plus phone and door bell set up
Andy has been maintaining my computers for some years now. He’s unfailingly helpful and competent. He explains how I can manage new programs very clearly, so I’ve learned a lot from him. I think of him as a good friend to me and my computer and tablets and I trust his advice, which has never failed me.

Resolve issues with our printer
So helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Andy spent a lot of effort researching the issue between our software and the printer software. He was patient and methodical in his approach, determined to ensure it was resolved.
