Quoted £3,500 plus VAT by text, said may be a bit less or a bit more to re lay drains, empty a soak away gully, clean out gutters and replace 3 spring water filters. Landed with a bill for over £5,600 without any mention of the overspend. The over spend invoices were then sent to a third party letting agent who also did not disclose them to me until I involved my legal team. My gardener had to help tidy up the mess, stones and poorly laid chippings left behind by the workmen. The fencing that was removed to allow a mini digger into the garden wasn't reinstated properly.

Responded Quickly - carried out the work efficiently - Tony very personable and gave maintenance advice - priced appropriately. Very Happy customer :-)

He has done a total of 6 boilers on site along with 8 towel rails, fixing leaks and installed a stop tap for the swimming pool. He is very courteous whilst here and is covid safe. I would definitely recommend Tony for any plumbing work needed
