• Pruning my tree.

  The men who came to tidy up me tree were lovely men,very polite and kind explaining what they were about to do and if I had any problems to get back to them,but I didn't very pleased.

• Rootball removal

  I used Arbculture as I had a deep rootball that I couldn't get out. They were efficient and helpful from start to finish. They turned up on time and did the job very cleanly taking away not only the rootball but also some garden waste I had from the day before. They gave free and friendly advice on some other aspects in the garden and Vikki in the office was equally as friendly and efficient.

• Tree topping / reduction

  The project involved removal of several large tree limbs that had grown over a neighbors boundary It was very important to us that our neighbours were not unduly inconvenienced and that their property was left clean and tidy I am delighted to say that everything went smoothly from the initial survey by Kaleb through to completion of the work. Kaleb took great care to explain his recommendations and how his team would undertake the work - he filled me with a great deal of confidence The team were excellent and the work was completed on time with both properties being left in good order

  During the visit to provide a quote Vikki and Kaleb took a real interest in the garden and what we wanted to achieve, along with careful consideration as to the impact on the ecology and environment of the garden. The work took two days and we were exceedingly pleased with the care that was taken over the work done and the way we were consulted about things as the work progressed. At the end of each day the garden was left in an immaculate condition, not a stray leaf left in sight on the floor! We will be using their services again and can recommend without reservation.

• Felling a large tree

  The team removed a large overgrown tree that was too big for the garden they trimmed a large hedge , took away an old tree stump and some rotten sleepers. They also moved some bags of stones that had been left on my path and were to heavy for me to lift.
