Repair and maintenance of wall coating of 4 bedroom property
Bill and his team are highly experienced and friendly. They really try to do their best for the client's individual circumstances and take a pride in the end result. They pressure washed the surface, repaired flaking areas and applied mould preventer where necessary. Top coat was applied by either brush or spray, all carefully colour matched. Masking paper and tape was used to protect all other surfaces. Some dropped leading under a window sill was also repaired. The result is excellent.

Weather coating of house and replacement of guttering
I would highly recommend this company for exterior weather coating. Bill is very experienced and knowledgeable and runs his company professionally. All his workman were prompt, tidy and friendly. Really pleased with the overall result.

Repaired cracked rendering and sprayed the area.
Brilliant Job Bill and his team did a brilliant job from start to finish. On first insepction, Bill talked us through the options and guided us to the best solution so we knew exactly what was to be done. The team turned up pomptly and ensured that all surfaces were protected. They were freindly and accommodating and worked efficiently. It was refreshing to speak to someone who was clear and carried out the work quoted. Would thoroughly recommend Arbiter Coatings for a swift and professional job.

Fixing cracked and blown render, complete re-coat of exterior
All work was completed successfully. The workman are professional and friendly. All work was carried out in a timely manor, with the whole process explained from start to finish. The work has been completed to the highest standard.

Pebble dash render repairs and coating entire house
Arbiter completed extensive repairs to 100 year old pebble dash render and coated the entire house. The work was completed as agreed in 7 days over several weeks, allowing for drying of repairs and unseasonable wet weather. The quotation was by far the most reasonable we received. Our experience of Arbiter was outstanding from the outset. Bill Newbiggin struck us as trustworthy from the beginning and proved to be so throughout our experience of him and his team. The resulting work has had a transformational effect on our house. I have no hesitation in recommending Arbiter.
