Hedge and tree management.
Couple of climbing plants cut through by accident, in haste. The hedges have not been cut as agreed to shape and have been left flat on top despite requesting clearly they should be pointed, and the ivy and brambles not fully removed, so we were left with a lot to do ourselves. one tree had small branches removed without consent. Overall tidy and nice guys, but have not come back still, 2 weeks later to finish off. Worked hard on very hot day. Would use them again, but I would need to pay more attention during process. Clean and Tidy.Job location: SN10Response from Arb-scape
Just to note this wasn’t a new growth cut it was a mass of dead hedging and ivy that we literally halved, was a mass so if I accidentally cut something I couldn’t see I apologise. As your see on my other reviews my hedging is second to none . Also I always walk around with the client upon completion so any issues should have been raised and maybe then I could rectify! Also I couldn’t be that bad as was asked to price for the drive and to hard landscape the rear garden but unfortunately being so busy with work haven’t been able to price . Maybe if my work isn’t upto scratch il leave that one .
