Conversion of garage into utility room and en-suite
John and his team did an excellent job converting our garage and we are delighted with the result. John goes the extra mile to listen to customers and he’s a genuine guy who cares a lot. Structural Work
We had Arcadia carry out some structural work earlier this year which included knocking down a load bearing wall and installing new steel beam, installing a new partition wall, electrics, plumbing and flooring. They came highly recommended to us and we were really pleased with the output. Building a shed with timber frame and cladding.
John and his team were fantastic from start to finish. There was no expense spared in building our shed and so much attention to the details. From putting down gravel around the edge of the shed to installing a drainage system and even putting down grass seed to help restore the garden once the work was complete. They worked hard and speedy, it was all complete in just 6 days. We are so pleased with the building it looks amazing and are confident it will last as long as the house. Loft conversion and 1st floor remodel
The arcadia team done an amazing job converting our loft. The site was always clean and tidy with minimal disruption to the rest of the house. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. A few of the neighbours commented on how considerate they were with noise and how quickly the job went. New kitchen and ground floor refurb

Loft Conversion
The team reviewed my designs and advised on minor amendments to enhance Vw the light levels and Insulation. The scaffolding was water tight and they removed the entire roof, bringing steel beams in and rebuilding the timber frame including a full width dormer. The staircase was a custom build and the vaulted ceilings and light wells enhance the living space on first floor too. It was great watching the 2 bedrooms and en-suite take shape and come to life. The insulation ensures good temperatures throughout the year. Visually it blends into the neighbours rooftops through material choice.Verified reviewerJob location: KT4
