Loft conversion and 1st floor remodel
The arcadia team done an amazing job converting our loft. The site was always clean and tidy with minimal disruption to the rest of the house. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. A few of the neighbours commented on how considerate they were with noise and how quickly the job went. We have recommended Arcadia to some friends and would recommend to anyone
New kitchen and ground floor refurb
I was recommended dan and his team by a friend to fit a new kitchen and replaster the down stairs with new wood work. The workmanship is brilliant and could not fault anything the guys done. I would highly recommend arcadia to anyone
Loft Conversion
The team reviewed my designs and advised on minor amendments to enhance Vw the light levels and Insulation. The scaffolding was water tight and they removed the entire roof, bringing steel beams in and rebuilding the timber frame including a full width dormer. The staircase was a custom build and the vaulted ceilings and light wells enhance the living space on first floor too. It was great watching the 2 bedrooms and en-suite take shape and come to life. The insulation ensures good temperatures throughout the year. Visually it blends into the neighbours rooftops through material choice.
Rear extension, garage conversion, disability bathroom and front porch remodel
We need to remodel our ground floor to accommodate a downstairs bedroom and bathroom for my disabled husband. The Arcadia team gave us exactly what we needed! They listened to what we needed and designed the layout to suit wheel chair access throughout the ground floor while still maintaining the family home look and feel. Highly recommend the Arcadia team for all your building needs
Single story rear extension
Dan and John done an amazing job with our extension. They kept us well informed with every step of the build and are very well organised. They listened to what we wanted and made it happen with minimal disruption to the home. Highly recommend the Arcadia team
