I had an excellent experience with Dean and his colleagues. ! Their service was incredibly efficient, informative and cost-effective. From start to finish, the team was professional and friendly and as a woman who doesn’t understand much about the renovation process, I appreciated the confidence they gave me regarding where the scaffolding needed to be placed for our requirements etc. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of scaffolding. Would highly recommend Arcadia, Prompt service throughout. From initial contact, though to job pricing and completion. The level of service and attention to detail is next to non, if I should be asked if I know of anyone in the future I will recommend them.

I was very impressed with the care and attention taken to my property especially considering the speed at which the scaffolders worked. I found them very approachable and they were happy to answer questions/explain any jargon I didn't understand. They liaised with my builder to find and create the correct solution to provided us with an access that was as least impactful on our lives as possible, meaning we could still park on our drive and open all our windows etc. The job was completed on time, came in on budget, I would use them again and definitely recommend to others.
