Loft Conversion
Loft conversion project spanning 10 meters, making it a significant undertaking with considerable costs. Projected completion time was 10 weeks but the project took 15 weeks to finalize. Various project management aspects were suboptimal such as quotation changes, heating and electric. Despite this, we were initially satisfied with the build quality. Seeking final payment, ARC claimed that the final inspection had been signed off by Building Control but this turned out not to be true. 9 frustrating months later it completed due to my insistence as ARC were reluctant to take responsibility.Verified reviewerJob location: SN78.75 Builder

House refurb
Adam and his team have been brilliant. We had structural walls knocked down and a kitchen refurb (12 weeks). The attention to detail was brilliant, there was attention paid to being as tidy as possible and all the team were very respectful. New patio
I used the same company to fit bifold doors to the garden recently, and was very impressed with the excellent workmanship. The patio has now been fitted and I am thrilled with the results.The guys worked expertly and tirelessly on the job, and I can’t believe the difference that these 2 home improvements have made to my living space. Bifold doors to garden
I am absolutely thrilled with the new bifold doors to my garden. I am very impressed with the quality of the doors and built in blinds, cleverly operated by magnets. The bifold doors have totally changed the view of the garden, and seem to have made both the living room and garden seem much bigger and lighter.
