Very friendly, clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone.

We were experiencing numerous power surges causing the main power socket RCD to trip and crashing all our electronics. The last time this happened it cost me hours to repair my PC. After carefully checking and testing the fuse box and power sockets throughout the house Peter recommended replacing the main RCD. In addition for added security a system wide Surge Protector was recommended. He carried out the work in a very professional, neat and tidy way. He explained in clear detail what he was doing. I give Peter a very high recommendation. Will certainly use him again if needed.

Peter came out and quoted me a price at the time he said, and bearing in mind the current circumstances with regard the coronavirus came out the next day and fitted some outside security lights. At all times we stood 2 metres apart and he was polite and straightforward and did an excellent job. I would recommend him, and have given him 10 out of 10 for everything. Thank you very much Peter.

Pete is excellent at his job. Came to give a quote at the agreed time. Courteous and gave several options. Excellent worksmanship - efficient and done to a great standard. Tidied after the work. Also did a few other tasks without any hassle. Will use again for sure

Provided armoured cable for electricity and lighting for outside building. Pete was very polite and tidy. He completed the work to a high standard and always asked when there was an option on which way the work could be done. He is now our electrician of choice and will happily use Arc again and would recommend to friends and family.
