Initially David worked well last year with beginning a planned load of remedial electric works, however, midway through replacing the consumer unit, he ghosted us after we made payment for the 2nd invoice, kept hold of our home keys for a month with zero communication to reunite these with us. This posed a security risk for us and his reasons and excuses were poor. We were left having to source another electrician to continue the works which left us feeling unnecessary stresses during that time. I woukd not recommend him to anyone based on his communication and timekeeping alone.

Excellent reliability, communication, and job ability. Nothing was to much trouble

David responded quickly to phone message and arrived at our house soon afterwards to appraise the job. We agreed the price and David immediately left to obtain the required lights. On his return he completed the work very efficiently, removing all the old lighting and leaving garage in a tidy condition. Overall view is very good and I would use David again

Very quick same-day response, and David was determined to figure out where the fault was coming from, despite it taking him well into the evening. Professional, polite, very capable and fixed the issue and would absolutely use ARC again.
