Responded in half an hour, came and had a look two days later, work done two days after that. I had a few little jobs which other people didn’t seem interested in doing or if they did tried to charge me a premium. Martin talked me through everything beforehand. Gave a reasonable quote. Came when they said they would, friendly and to be honest a blessing. Double checked everything was okay before showing me round and explaining what they did. You could do no better in my opinion. Permanent contact in my phone. So many cowboys and chancers , Thankyou both for restoring a little faith 🙂

Arc heating friendly extremely knowledgable, they turned up on time to properly diagnose the faults (free quote) and then to do the work. Found spares, saved the boiler and ensured it will run for years yet. Which will all ensure the owner can come out of hospital soon with no worries about heating and hot water. I highly recommend Martin and Shelley.

Came round quickly to give me a quote for a boiler repair. Came back the next day and carried out the work. Very satisfied with the service and cost. Would definitely use again.

Absolutely fantastic work, extremely helpful and honest. They gave a quote in advance and kept to it which is not always the case with others. I also asked a million questions which he was more than happy to answer, giving genuinely helpful advice on how I can save on my energy bills as well which is above and beyond what we asked for. We will absolutely use Arc Heating and Plumbing again for other services and would recommend them to anybody. 10/10 Service!

Martin serviced my Combi boiler. He arrived on time and wore over-covers on his shoes even though I said he didn't need to bother. He was professional and personable, and carried out the work in a quick and efficient manner. The cost was reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend Martin, and will indeed be requesting his services again in the future.
