Archies communication and availability started well, he was quick to respond and was availabile almost immediately. The repointing was done well and Archie was kind enough to repoint areas he also believed needed redoing. The overall job was good but areas could have been slightly tider. I also requested a quote for a sleeper to be replaced. On 'inspecting' the sleeper, Archie pulled the damaged areas away which was not agreed. This led to the sleeper being fully damaged. Archie found it difficult to replace the sleeper and soon after began ignoring messages. He failed to replace damage caused.

I wanted new sleepers in my back garden with a soil fill and flowers planted. Once finished I was very happy with his work. He dug up the lawn and laid shingle on our front garden. He finished it all in one day. A friendly young man who works for great value. Would recommend.
