Architectural drawings for extension and flat conversion
The support provided by Mubashir and Syd was absolutely great and they were always available to make any amendments to the plans. The council asked for multiple revisions and they were quick to respond to council with their changes and did not charge any additional for revisions
Design and planning
Very disappointed Had to pay again to get amendments on drawings, no site visit to understand position of windows, my requirements not met, no follow up! Very poor or none at all customer services. No general experience on the field, only computer and social media savvy to sell a services that they DONT deliver. Expensive mistake !!

Single Storey planning application
I had the chance of working with Syed for my planning application. There were numerous times we did not agree. During such times he professionally came to my level to let me know why my demands would not help the application. He would then offer an alternative which would be allowed so as not to waste "our time". Where he sees my request is reasonable he does make immediate changes. He is the right person for laymen like myself. I will definitely recommend him.

Archimedes Design was very dedicated and brilliant through the the 14 months period which included 3 applications, 2 refusal and countless adjustments to the plans. After the 2nd refusal, Archimedes Design gave me good advises on what to do next. Which included making a complaint instead of an Appeal that would cost me between £800 to £1,400. My Architect, Gan Pindoriya, attended council scheduled meetings with me. He as a very good advocate and he presented our case very well to the council. He was happy to adjust the plan as and when fuse. Archimedes Design is a great firm.
