    Both Jason and Julia have provided us with a wonderful experience - from the very outset they gave clear guidance and advice and came up with a really great two story side extension that will both work for our family in the future and add value to our overall property. The on-site initial briefing, measurements and design processes have all been thorough, we have always had clear and concise communication and they have always been on hand with any queries and changes we have wanted to discuss! A really great service.

    A very thorough, competent and professional team who were always easy to approach. They were very good at listening to our requirements and providing alternative ideas which we hadn't thought of. They were always prompt at replying to us at each stage of the design process and then dealing with the subsequent planning application and building regulations. The plans produced were very clear and precise. Excellent job done - thank you very much.

We specialise in Planning Applications, Building Regulations, Lawful Development Certificates and feasibility studies for homeowners, builders and developers.

Our portfolio includes extensions, conversions and new builds across West Sussex and into neighbouring counties.
