  Drawings for extension

  We hired Trevor to do drawings for double storey extension. We had a meeting and explained what we wanted downstairs: workshop, study and toilet. To our surprise the drawings we received had open plan kitchen/dinner and study. We asked to amend it but Trevor said he would amend after planning is granted. Drawings were very basic, hand written and didn't have any measurements. After we got planning permission contact with Trevor was quite difficult&limited and we chased him few times for amended drawings, including building regulation drawings for which we paid in advance and never received.

  Hi there, Wow, You could not of wished for nicer clients. My services were engaged to prepare drawings for a Planning Application and Building Regulation Approval. After being appointed I prepared sketch schemes to ensure their exact requirements were met. A planning application was made. Due to covid the Planners asked me to send photos over as they were not allowed to undertake site visits. I did this as a courtesy to my clients. The planners then asked for more photos. I did this as a courtesy to my clients. Them The council said bats were seen&so I dealt with their ecologist. They asked for yet more photos where bats could possibly nest. I did this as a courtesy to my clients. I obtained planning permission. I visited my clients to discuss the Building regulation Application, they had change their mind on what they wanted and couldn’t decide the new layout. Ads they were not in a rush I suggested they step back and think of exactly want they wanted. Rather than call me/email me, which is what I would have expected, I discovered they had gone with another architectural firm to proceed. A most disappointing end to a project.

  Drawings for building works

  A 10/10 service all the way through our building works even dealings with building control regarding information. Made the trades at ease knowing the correct information was going back and forth . Will use again

  New side and rear extension

  We Fount Trevor extremely knowledgeable within his profession, his time keeping was excellent along with the drawings being handed over to us prior to our requirements. Trevor not only done our drawings but also helped us through the process of getting our planning application and building regulation agreed from the local council very promptly . We Would highly recommend and would use Trevor again .
