    Double Loft

    I had a double loft conversion done (shell only) and was very impressed with Sunny’s Team. They would show up on time and work through the day with only one or just 2 breaks. His team were dedicated in getting the work completed and produced excellent workmanship. The lofts were to be completed as agreed within 6 weeks but were done in 5 weeks. Sunny would keep me in the loop of all progress and would let me know if there were going to be any delays. From a customer’s point I felt stress free during the build. I would highly recommend AsB Architecture Ltd for reliability and workmanship.

    Structural works

    I spoke to Sunny to do some structural works for me and the guy is a genius! I had 3 previous engineers in to find a solution and none were like Sunny. He made everything work for me and really pleased with the service he provided. Having been in the property industry for a while, I can confirm that he definitely knows his stuff and is also very well priced. Thank you very much

    Architectural designs

    Found Asb architecture to be friendly and helpful. Sunny was available to answer all questions. Good knowledge also helped putting your mind at ease. Offering suggestions on what would work for our requirements. Would definitely recommend them.

    Loft conversion.

    Loft conversion completed over summer 2021. Hip to gable conversion to 1930's semi detached house. ASB completed initial drawings after consultation and then went on to complete build with his team. Really professional service from start to finish and we are delighted with the result. Sunny was knowledgeable and communication was good throughout the build. A clear timeline and programme of work was set out from the start with payments made when milestones were met. Would certainly recommend ASB.
