Arch Consultants were able to come the next morning at a time suitable to me. Chintan arrived on time, was very courteous and carried out the inspection professionally. Access to the certificate and payment all done next day

Work went well and EPC was issued. I could not pay by card though, even though on the checker trade website it says you can, which was a bit frustrating.

Chintan was highly professional and punctual throughout the EPC visit. He explained everything clearly when needed and maintained a friendly, approachable manner. A very smooth and positive experience overall.
