Quality, Timekeeping and Safety! That’s ARD Contractors Ltd! Really impressed with these lads – know their trade and they love what they do, trade people who have passion for the job. Arthur – one of the best construction managers out there! He knows his construction inside and out. Team of 5 people, completely carried out a full house renovation, built an extension and a loft within 50 days – on time, within budget and the best part, they were always there for me and with me.

Was having an absolute nightmare with all the planning, to-do list and other stuff on my new development. Did not know where to start or who to consult with. Friend of mine recommended ARD Contractors – as their go to contractor. ARD Contractors completed a full strip-out, design and renovation of a 3-storey house. Not a single issue was raised during the whole construction process. Complete planning and access permits obtained prior by them, built good relationships with neighbours – not a single complain. Efficient, friendly and extremely helpful trade people.

Well organized team of specialist extremely pleased with their work and I’ve had my fair share of disappointments when choosing a builder. ARD Contractors planned, designed and built an extension to my existing work as well as completed landscaping work. Amazing team, starting from their interior design people and finishing to labour. Always clean, always polite and always helpful.

Fully professional and qualified team that work like a clockwork and clearly love their job and take pride in all their undertakings.
