When I called Area Maintenance about a significant electrical issue I had, they responded straight away, confirming an engineer was available same day and provided pricing. When I confirmed I was happy with the arrangement, they explained that the engineer would arrive between a designated period of time and their office would call to confirm the precise time. The engineer arrived promptly, identified the problem, explained what he was doing and kept me fully informed and sorted the issue within an hour. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Will definitely use them again.

After a recommendation from family, I contacted Area Maintenance this morning about an electrical issue. They sent out a brilliant engineer who identified and sorted the problem within an hour. Very helpful, explained everything as he went and all for a really good price. I will definitely be using them again for any maintenance work. Could not have been better.
