Very good experience.

Andrei was very helpful. He arrived the same day to fix our jammed lock, also spent a good amount of time explaining the issue. He also had a look at a different lock issue (which is under warranty elsewhere) and diagnosed the problem free of cost.

Andrei was very quick to respond to our situation! Our door lock had snapped and meant the key was getting jammed. He came very quickly and calmly explained what had gone wrong and replaced the faulty lock with no issues. Would highly recommend and appreciate his help!
