Ian was great. He helped me pick the right underlay for the laminate flooring. He has a great eye for detail and genuinely cares about the quality of his work which is evident with a fantastic finished result.

I contacted this company with photos asking if he could give me a price on the work. He arranged a date to come out , to which he the cancelled due to a non urgent matter of dropping his son off at his relatives. I was accepting as I myself have children and know these things happen. He asked if I was okay to come the following night which wasn’t ideal but I agreed as I was keen to go with this company due to the extensive reviews and profile they have created on here. I waited in all evening and night to which I got no reply on the 2 separate messages I sent him plus mobile text Ignorant af

Ian did an excellent job of fitting laminate flooring in our kitchen, hallway and spare bedroom. There were several challenges identified with the work, but Ian tackled them all and the result was brilliant. Would absolutely recommend.

I got a quote last week from the owner of this company and he said he would be here on Sunday at 8am 16/3/25, he never showed and I sent him a message at 8.30am and never got a reply,my son in law phoned him about an hour later and he said he was at another job and would be at my house at 11am,then he eventually sent me a message about going to see his pal about his van and would be here at 12pm,so went onto another site and asked if someone could urgently do my livingroom floor today as all my stuff has been lying out the back since the 15/3/25 overnight too.

The work was absolutely excellent. Ian did not stop from the moment he arrived. I had purchased the wrong underlay and he advised us of the difference and the reason for his recommendation. He then went and got the required underlay so he could complete the job that day. He was with us till after 6p. although he had a distance to travel home. we cannot speak more highly of his work and ethic. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for this type of work to be carried out.
