Found that my USB ports were dead, rang Rob at Ark who arranged for a technician (Lloyd) to visit my home and managed to fix the problem. Took advantage of the contact to order a reconditioned computer in readiness for the upcoming Windows 11 changes.

Bought new computer, monitor, keyboard and printer. Given lots of help and advice in advance. Everything fitted for me. Was punctual and tidy and disposed of old computer etc for me. Very pleased with the service and fair price
